Appointed as AIESEC's Global Finance Board chair for the year 2024. As chair, I have responsibility for overseeing the financial processes of our one hundred and eight national branches, encompassing reporting, auditing risk management and more. In addition, I also have responsibility for managing an international team featuring individuals based in many different countries including Indonesia, Azerbaijan and Portugal.

Selected to take over the position of team leader of the knowledge management area on AIESEC’s global finance board. As team leader for Knowledge management, my responsibilities include organising our biannual educational summit and developing the financial skills and capacity of finance responsibles across our national branches.

Employed as Estate utilisation surveyor based at Stride Treglown's London office. During this time, I participated in an extended project to assess the state of a number of buildings and structures at the Port of Dover to inspect for structural damage and make estimations about the feasibility of repairs/renovations. My individual responsibilities included taking overview photos of the structures as photos of well as any defects to support in the creation of the final report, recording dimensions of interior spaces and maintaining some of our more specialist equipment including the distometer, three hundred and sixty camera and pole camera.

Recently concluded working as director of finance, legalities and outgoing exchange operations for AIESEC in Albania. Here, my responsibilities have included coordinating exchange opportunities for young people in Albania in more than ten countries across three different continents, including internships, teaching experiences and volunteering opportunities. Additionally, I am currently the finance end responsible for the organisation, tasked with creating and maintaining budgets, managing financial processes and providing legal advice for a sizeable NGO.

Undertook a six week intensive training course with Sparta Global designed to teach the necessary skills and competencies to work in business analysis alongside professionals in the field with many years of experience behind them. Areas of focus included the principles of business analysis, search query language (SQL), statistical analysis and business process modelling concluding with a final week group presentation that was conducted in front of all other members of the academy across varied courses such as cyber security and testing. In said project, I was given the role of scrum master and worked tirelessly to facilitate team meeting, keep the team on task and properly allocate resources. As part of the course, I sat the assessment for the Level 3 business analysis qualification, something which I have now been able to add to my list of qualifications.Following this I was inducted into a diverse team featuring individuals from Scotland, England and Poland working on a highly technical project for a large client. In my role as a business analyst consultant, I was responsible for facilitating inter-team communication, creating and maintaining Jira tickets to define issues and conducting a variety of endeavours to keep my improve efficiency within the team.

Acted as National finance board chair for AIESEC UK where I was involved in offering support and guidance to our local chapters on their investments and activities, maintaining strict financial reporting standards and being involved in the planning and budgeting for our national conferences and summits. during this time I was co-conference manager for EXTRA 2022, one of our largest national conferences of the year. At this event, we had over one hundred and twenty attendees and delivered sessions across three days covering employability, soft skills and what it means to be a young leader in today's world. My role involved managing the organising committee of five individuals and ensuring a smooth experience for all our attendees.

Involved with the AIESEC UK National support team since September 2020, predominantly as part of the AIESEC UK National Finance board, where my responsibilities included mentoring and providing training for local chapter treasurers and assisting with accounting. Additionally, I acted as finance responsible for Youthspeak forum, an online careers and networking event hosted by AIESEC UK in March 2021. Here I was responsible for managing payments from sponsors and delegates as well as researching appropriate platforms to host the event. We had 115 delegates, five event sponsors and over four thousand pounds in profits.

Elected as Local committee president of the AIESEC Southampton branch for the year 2020, where I was responsible for all the operations of the AIESEC Southampton branch as well as managing a diverse team responsible for different sectors, including marketing, exchange management and finances. During this time, I took an active role in leading and motivating my team throughout the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic where we were limited in many of the services we could offer.

Was elected as Local committee Vice president in AIESEC UK for the year 2019. In this role I was responsible for managing exchange opportunities overseas for the Southampton branch. Responsibilities ranged from coordinating with AIESEC branches in other countries, managing exchange participants overseas and overseeing a team that were responsible for promoting these opportunities to students.

Extensive employment as a student ambassador for both the physics department and the university outreach team. As a student ambassador, I was responsible for representing the university at higher education fairs, open days, school visits and other outreach events, both on and off campus. I was also part of the team that helped organise TEDxYouth@Bargate, a TEDx event for local schools held at the University of Southampton.

In the summer of 2019, I spent two months as a marketing intern at the furniture manufacturer Konouz art in the city of Damietta, Egypt. In this role, I was responsible for creating portfolios to showcase new products to potential customers and managing the company web page to reflect the current inventory. Working in an entirely foreign country was a challenging experience that bolstered my skills of adaptability and communication.
