Responsibilities1. Provide financial management and business support for overall Westcon Solutions business across 9 countries. (China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand)2. Coordinate and assist in annual external audit, including follow up with audit findings and recommendation and prepare draft audited financial statement.3. Review regional companies' annual tax return computation prepared by tax agent and ensure timely filling to local tax authority.4. Review monthly/quarterly GST/VAT and withholding tax return and ensure timely filling to local tax authority5. Cashflow management for regional entities and working closely with treausry function6. Coordination with banks to facilitates the loan draw down, trade finance - Clean import loan, hedging and other banking facilities.7. Involve in SAP implementation in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hongkong, Taiwan, China and Vietnam.6. As a Core team member for China SAP implementation.7. Involve in business process outsourcing (BPO) for GL and Account payable functions8. Involve in Annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasting.9. Work closely with business head and ensure the accuracy on budgeting and forecasting10. Work closely with related departments (Vendors, Sales, Marketing, HR and etc) and Country lead on their requirements and related commercial support and business decision making11. Establish and improve the existing internal control of financial system, process and procedure in order to promote operational efficiency in financial accounting, expenditure, invenoty and revenue business cycle12. Review AR ageing on monthly basis13. Prepare hedging exposure report and co ordinate with banker to enter the hedging contract

Responsibilities1. Oversee the regional subsidiary’s account and operations – Singapore, India, Vietnam and Taiwan and report to Financial Controller.2. Review the financial statement prepared by local accounting firm3. Liase with local consultant to ensure that the operation process flow is comply with local tax rules and regulations. For eg. Transfer pricing4. Liase with local internal and external auditor 5. Review and approved payment voucher, journal entries and etc from regional office6. Liase with banker for new account opening, application of bankers’ guarantee and etc.7. Review letter of credit application done by account executive8. Review quarterly GST submission for Singapore entities9. Registered for GST.10. Prepare consolidation account and report to holding company which listed in Singapore Stock exchange.

Review consolidation work paper done by client and also assisting the preparation of financial statement in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard.3. Prepared simple tax calculation and deferred tax for the company.4. Ad-hoc assignment such as revenue audit, JTC audit and etc.Experience1. Experienced in specify industry such as construction, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, charity and trading company.2. Also experience in china PRC firm audit.
