His expertise in analysis, application design, testing, and project management was instrumental in delivering successful outcomes.Following the acquisition by Capgemini, Sam played a pivotal role in establishing a new corporate IT organization within the Americas. He led a team dedicated to ensuring that office technology met the evolving needs of the business. This role expanded to what is now the global Group IT Business Partner organization, which connects corporate IT with key Capgemini executive stakeholders (CxOs). His key responsibilities include building and managing C-level relationships and executive stakeholders, aligning business with strategic IT initiatives, and driving IT priorities as well as global and regional transformations. Additionally, he identifies business opportunities that increased revenue.Sam's current scope includes the Americas SBU, which comprises six industry-focused Business Units and the Shared Functions organizations across North America. He regularly collaborates with stakeholders to ensure awareness, drive strategic priorities, provide clarity and status updates, assess the specific impact on their organizations, set direction, and drive backend execution to achieve established outcomes.
