After many years involved in high performance cultures as a player and scout, I am passionate about developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential as a person as well as an athlete. I believe I have been successful in such environments because of my hard work ethic, my ability to listen and understand people, my strong resilience, teamwork and leadership skills. My aim is to be a positive individual who young athletes look up to as someone who has been through it and come out the other side better and stronger. I have a fantastic blend of lived experience and academic knowledge, which will add value to any organisation.
