Team is also responsible for finding and implementing new client engineering solutions for the company to keep it advanced in the industry.

With 9 months preparation and planning, implementation, Sam as site leader successfully integrated those systems with Q&R, Test engineering, Logistic, planning, Assembly engineering, training, manufacturing, IT and Malaysia PG, U.S Chandler Intel. Qualified those systems to support PD site CPU startup and ramping up.CPU STSubstrate is a part of CPU unit, Intel has several substrate Vendors. In order to trace the subsrate quality and effectively manage excursion, Sam is started from engagement in design, and leaded implementing this substrate traceability in PD site which is across whole CPU assembly area, with this capability, PD Intel saves more 1 million U.S$ through effective excursion management each year.FCBGA 3 StartupFCBGA 3 is one of key Chipset product, when introducing it in PD, it impacted many IT systems, Sam is the IT leader for ensuring all the IT system readiness with leading 7 IT system engineers, finally successfully passed site certification in planned time period.
