 Responsible for Debtors Analysis, Stock Analysis, Income Analysis, Sundry Creditors and reconciliation of subsidiary ledger control accounts, stock taking at the end of Month. Responsible for keeping financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using computerized book keeping system. Analysis of Accounting Codes and Accounting Transactions with Trial Balance on daily and Monthly basis. Passing Voucher entries like Bank Receipt, Bank Payment, Cash Receipt, Cash Payment, etc. and maintenance of above transactions on monthly basis. Region Wise Reconciliation of Hire Purchase, Secured Loan and Financial Lease Contracts with Head Office Records.Checking of Non Performing Assets (NPA) with various conditions like NPA Months, NPA amount, Gross NPA, Net NPA, Income reversal, Securitizations etc.Checking of Over Due Charges, and Initial Rate of Return on monthly basis.etc.Co-ordination with Regions for Functional, Accounting & Operational Purpose.
