Responsible for Debtors Analysis, Stock Analysis, Income Analysis, Sundry Creditors and reconciliation of subsidiary ledger control accounts, stock taking at the end of Month. Responsible for keeping financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using computerized book keeping system. Analysis of Accounting Codes and Accounting Transactions with Trial Balance on daily and Monthly basis. Passing Voucher entries like Bank Receipt, Bank Payment, Cash Receipt, Cash Payment, etc. and maintenance of above transactions on monthly basis. Region Wise Reconciliation of Hire Purchase, Secured Loan and Financial Lease Contracts with Head Office Records. Co-ordination with Regions for Functional, Accounting & Operational Purpose. Monitoring and Reconciliation of Journal Voucher and Ledger Posting. Co-ordination with EDP department to develop or modify software so as to fulfill the needs of the Accounts department. System Testing & Implementation as per the management requirement. Checking of Non Performing Assets (NPA) with various conditions like NPA Months, NPA amount, Gross NPA Securitizations etc. Checking of Over Due Charges, and Initial Rate of Return on monthly basis.etc. Responsible for Investment related (Deposits, Sub Debt, Debentures) Analysis and reports to be given Management and Auditors. Checking of a Investment reports with Trial Balance and co-ordination with region heads for the keeping records of a Investment data based
