Supervising the vendors to ensure quality execution of the branding projects efficiently. Monitoring POSM stock status in both warehouse, distribution and channel-end. Looking after POSM distribution plan in a regular basis with the evolving business need. Supporting regional team on distribution reach, route productivity and stock availability. Visiting markets to observe company’s trade activities and to compare with the competitors endeavors therewith.
