Currently serving as Director of Programs at PROTTYASHI, a Bangladeshi leading NGO, since October 2023, I drive the strategic direction of program portfolios, organization development and spearhead business development initiatives.Previously, as Director of Programs at RDRS Bangladesh, another top Bangladeshi NGO, I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's five-year strategy, expanding programs, and leading change management efforts.
