Having over 15 years experience working in the Communications and Electrical fields in the mining industry. Completing both an Certificate III in Electronics and Communications, and Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician Trade.From my education and experience in varying roles, I have been able to build skills in leadership to monitor, motivate and lead teams, always ensuring compliance to safe work procedures and achievement of tasks. I excel both working within a team, as well as working alone, shown by my trade qualifications, licenses and endorsements, and training awards.Highlighting proficiencies in:Radio Systems,Fleet Management, Tracking & Vehicle Interactions (Proximity), Network Switching & IT, Fibre Optic, Telecommunications, Automation Systems, and Electrical Distributions networks.To supply communications and electrical support to the various mining processes and sequences, to achieve company goals. Which includes important systems for safety, in addition to critical operations.Also possessing a Site Safety Supervisor and Health Representative Certificate (S1 S2 S3) is advantageous for leadership roles. As well as being a Safestart Facilitator, to be able to conduct Safestart pre-shift safety meetings to crews before deployment.Having experience as a relief Planner is also beneficial to this trade role. Being proficient in using Ellipse and SAP software. Having the management and leadership required to organise and prioritise planned work and breakdowns. To create weekly plans and schedules, to complete tasks, and to be able to support the Planner in the trade role. Also Scheduling, planning and coordinating with other trades and departments to complete tasks. The importance of maintenance schedule tasks and statutory inspections requirements, and managing them to meet KPI targets.
