Employer: Network Rail (NR) - (Contractor - Costain)Project: London Bridge Station Redevelopment Programme (LBSR) - Multi Award-winning projectPROJECT SCOPE£1bn project for the redesign and expansion of entire London Bridge Station, in order to achieve increased passenger and rail capacity. Construction of the largest naturally ventilated street level concourse in the UK, including 66% increase in size to accommodate commercial units and other station facilities. The project also included: 9 through platforms (25% more spacious, accommodating longer trains), 6 terminating platforms, state of the art control room, and 7 new lifts. - RESPONSIBLE FOR: Provided visibility to stakeholders identifying actual and potential areas of concerns. Developed, streamlined and deployed cost-effective and efficient solutions and processes. REPORTING LINES: NR Project Director and Costain Project DirectorResponsible for managing: Five reporting lines (UK in-house team and four offshore organisations). Overall responsibility of 87 associates, including, Technical Lead, Project coordinators, Outsourced BIM Managers, technicians, modelers and drafters.Responsibilities: • Managed and Coordinated the delivery of Architectural, Structural, Civil, MEPFT and Urban Realm of 7,700 drawings with final asset handover to client.• Project programming (including forecasting and budgeting) for staffing and project delivery, including scheduling, assigning and delegation of responsibilities and tasks.• Produced comprehensive system summary to Network Rail (NR) route (maintenance), producing.• Incorporated 7 years of redlines, Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Technical Queries (STQ)• Management of Engineering data management software (EDMS) including ProjectWise, AutoCAD, MicroStation, AECOsim, SharePoint and eB.

Projects Included: refurbishment of Borehamwood Shopping Park, Kenavon Drive - 5 multi-story residential building by AIG (est. £500 Million), redevelopment of commercial property by Landsec.Scope of work Included: Creating General Arrangement Drawings, Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Steel Work Connection Details, Steel Work Fabrication Details, Some Reinforced Concrete Detailing.

Projects Included: Listed Buildings, commercial units and premium real estate in Central London locations such as Oxford Street and Regent Street London, swimming pools, housing blocks, new and refurbished Buildings.

• 2D drafting on major UK shopping centres including, Golden Square Shopping Centre in Warrington and Drake Circus in Plymouth by P&O, York house and other projects.• Carried out additional administrative duties such as document controller.
