Construction of the largest naturally ventilated street level concourse in the UK, including 66% increase in size to accommodate commercial units and other station facilities. The project also included: 9 through platforms (25% more spacious, accommodating longer trains), 6 terminating platforms, state of the art control room, and 7 new lifts. - RESPONSIBLE FOR: Provided visibility to stakeholders identifying actual and potential areas of concerns. Developed, streamlined and deployed cost-effective and efficient solutions and processes. REPORTING LINES: NR Project Director and Costain Project DirectorResponsible for managing: Five reporting lines (UK in-house team and four offshore organisations).
