Recruitment and selection responsible for recruitment cycle including advertising, conducting interviews and managing on board process. Development and training culture of our company, ensuring that the team engage in the Group Training courses and that the team are enrolled onto group training in line with their training needs.Implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all care & support workers, Care Coordinators, Supervisors and Care Manager.Ensuring that standards are maintained consistently across each home.I am acting as a point of contact for all staff in each house, providing support and resolving any issues as they arise, other managerial duties include process payrolls and invoices.Assessing business performance. Additionally, supervisory Supervisors, Care Coordinators create schedules, evaluate personnel, and give performance reviews with them.Assisting Caremark with Recruitment and also during Covid 19 pandemic and developing creative recruitment solutions and adopting innovative recruitment methods (unique and non-traditional sources) to source and attract talent.Managing all the assessments and risk assessments focuses on the risks that both internal and external availability, confidentiality, and integrity. I am passionate about continuously developing our team members’ through effective training in order to perform and achieve business growth targets. I also conduct regular audits to ensure that legislative requirements and company standards are being adhered to.
