- IT Internship Program Management: Responsible for managing the internship program, including onboarding activities, training sessions, and ongoing follow-up with IT interns.- Climate and Satisfaction Surveys: Planning and executing surveys to measure employee engagement and satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.Data and Reporting Follow-Up: Monitoring People Analytics data (headcount, turnover, training), internal surveys (feedback, NPS, etc.), and other key indicators, generating insights to drive daily actions and tasks.- Onboarding and Integration: Sending and developing materials and processes to onboard new employees, effectively communicating the IT department's mission, vision, and values.- Event Management and Integration Actions: Planning and organizing internal events (workshops, training sessions, lectures) to promote engagement across teams.- Communication Training: Planning and executing communication skills training (presentations, active listening, storytelling) for leaders and teams.- Communication Strategies Development: Supporting the development of internal communication plans aligned with People Management/HRBP strategies in IT.- Agency Management for Communication: Liaising with and coordinating external agencies for HRBP campaigns and communications.- Briefing Creation and Content Development: Preparing briefings and writing content (posts for intranet, email communications, pop-ups, etc.) and materials for HRBP.- Graphic and Multimedia Material Creation: Designing graphic materials (banners, posters, templates, presentations, etc.) and producing videos and other multimedia content for communications and training.- Participation in Engagement Actions: Participating in and developing employer branding campaigns and other initiatives to increase employee participation in training programs, climate surveys, and other engagement activities.
