I also guided approximately 50 hiring managers to implement market-driven hiring strategies, resulting in 48% of my hires being women globally and 35.5% Underrepresented Minorities (URM) from US hires. Additionally, I presented quarterly business reviews (QBRs) focusing on meeting KPIs and OKRs while highlighting hiring opportunities. During my time in VMware, I transformed hiring practices to prioritize business outcomes over traditional qualifications, fostering a consistent interview process for selected candidates.

I advised in the cases of International Permanent Transfers/Expats and coordinated with respective stakeholders, including Managers, HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams from America and other regions like Europe and Asia. This coordination aimed to make necessary system (Workday) changes, allowing employees to seamlessly transition into their new permanent or temporary roles in a different country. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in establishing guidelines, developing new processes, creating process guides, SOPs, and a training plan for our department. This was accomplished with the support of a peer, as we were among the first members of this new department following the implementation of Workday within the company.

I built talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, Avature, networking, employee referrals, search agencies, and career sites. Additionally, I ensured a professional, positive, and consistent candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
