The Slabmaking Engineering team is an integral part of the Port Kembla Manufacturing facility that deliver a variety of products, innovative solutions and services to our export and domestic customers.In the dynamic role of Mechanical Engineering Team Leader, it is my responsibility to manage the mechanical engineering team whilst supervising a portfolio of projects throughout the engineering life cycle. Whilst providing quality solutions that improve asset performance, as well as coaching and mentoring a team of enthusiastic engineers, cadets and draftspersons, I focus on delivering continuous improvement outcomes contributing to the ongoing development and progress of the site operations, practices and safety performance.
