I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who understands the importance of meeting people where they are, and walking alongside on their journey. I honour and value each person’s distinctive goals for therapy, and for themselves. I use my experience and training to work WITH you to move beyond depression, anxiety, and grief to build a state of peace.I have experience in Health Sciences, and two Master's degrees with a focus on Spiritual Care, Counselling, and Psychotherapy. I am licensed in Ontario, and hold additional certification in Narrative Therapy.You can expect a compassionate and open space to share your stories at your own pace. I use this therapeutic space to facilitate healing in various areas related to grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, spirituality, aging, and life transitions.I know personally how difficult even day to day tasks can be when you are carrying the burden of anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma.
