As a Psychology major with a minor in Entrepuership, I strive to continue my studies to get my Masters and PsyD with a focus on clinical psychology. I hope to one day be able to treat and counsel adolescents through their mental disorders and open a nonprofit clinic for those in communities where mental health isn't talked about and treatment isn't affordable. I strive to continually advocate for mental health awareness and educate those around me about what some may say are hidden disabilities. I am striving to work with and help to counsel adolescents who have faced grand trauma and I am eager to better understand how traumas "rewire" one's brain. I am looking for research and internship opportunities to broaden my knowledge and to help set the foundation for what I am to do with my future as a Clinical Psychologist.
