Providing advice and support to the business relating to Talent and Learning & Development initiatives.Key Responsibilities: - Providing advice and support to the business relating to the range of Talent and Development Tools available. - Providing regular training to the business in relation to talent/performance management tools and processes. - Maintaining and developing the businesses range of learning solutions, updating and promoting to ensure usage and that it's 'fit for purpose'. - Co-ordinating and supporting internal training programmes. - Liaising with suppliers and trouble shooting system issues.
