Helping adolescents live healthier and more active lives every day, I believe that health and wellness can be easy to achieve if you have the right tools to do so! I am lucky to be able to live my dream of teaching and coaching adolescents to become healthier and happier as the health educator at Leominster High School. * Volleyball, Basketball, and Lacrosse coach at Leominster High School, working with students age 14-18 in athletics and training for sport. (Team, large group, small group, and 1-on-1 coaching experience)*Class advisor at Leominster High School planning fundraising and events for the Class of 2022. *My educational background encompasses a large background on personal health and fitness. A 2016 graduate of Worcester State University majoring in Natural Sciences, with a background in health fitness, sport coaching, psychology and communication disorders. I am currently in my last semester as a graduate student at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and will be completing my Master's degree in Health Sciences in August, 2020. *Currently studying to become an ACE Certified Health Coach (CHC), and ACE Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
