Worked shifts supervising quality of product, ensured all product was run at standards determined by PepsiCo, learned to work with people of all interests and backgrounds, learned the importance and complexity of safety considerations in the design of industrial buildings, doubled as an extra hand for maintenance and upkeep of the factory whenever needed.
