• Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase brand identity and reach a new spectrum of potential clients and analyze the effectiveness of social media marketing to reach the target market for services and events.• Expand marketing and program opportunities through community and professional contacts and involvement with other organizations to participate in partners’ promotions and cross marketing.• Develop and implement plans for events benefitting the current client base to maintain relationships as well promotion for future clients.• Plan, develop and implement innovative approaches to ensure the effective delivery of services.• Analyze statistics and build reports to ensure the ROI for company from events and promotions.

• Accountable for creating and implementing activities and program delivery methods to recruit new girls and adults to achieve overall goal.• Expands membership, marketing, and program opportunities through community and professional contacts and involvement with other agencies, groups, and organizations.• Develops and implements plans for membership extension through the work of volunteers and extends Girl Scouting in the community through presentations and networking.• Provides ongoing support, supervision, coaching, consultation, to various Service Units in designated areas.• Plans, develops, and implements, innovative approaches to ensure the effective delivery of membership services.
