Manage electric distribution construction for third-party fiber and antenna projects. Serve as company liaison and representative to Verizon and over 50 third-party distribution utility pole attachment customers. Develop, implement, review, and approve engineering and design documents in accordance with NESC rules, ANSI standards, utility industry standards, OSHA, MOSH, electrical tariffs, and other state and federal regulations. Document and revise processes and procedures relevant to construction, engineering, and technical operations. Analyze customer equipment design and specifications; work with customer to suggest and implement modifications when necessary. Negotiate complex contract and agreement terms; prepare contracts. Oversee and approve changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost, while ensuring that all projects are delivered in compliance with rules and timelines set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Coordinate and oversee design and construction contractor and subcontractor workload, and provide direction to the respective project teams. Direct and lead junior team members. Lead weekly project meetings with internal and external customers, and develop and communicate status reports. Assist business unit with monthly and long-range financials, resource allocations, and report on various project budgets. Assist with governmental affairs and high priority customer cases. Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Created designs for the installation and improvement of electric (overhead and underground) and gas distribution system, including relocation, extension, abandonment, and removal of facilities which requires the application of published standards and calculations using computer aided design and drafting methods. Determined specifications, materials, costs, customer charges, permitting, and right of way requirements and develop the necessary documentation and work management system input to meet all prerequisites for construction. Coordinated job planning with field construction personnel. Performed field location survey work by visiting job sites and company facilities. General knowledge of engineering theories and concepts, construction standards and equipment.

Provided administrative support for service center manager, three supervisors, over 60 field operations employees, and office personnel. Created, dispatched, and monitored jobs in mobile dispatch and workload management systems.

Provided high level administrative support to company president and general counsel. Assisted with development of executive correspondences, presentations, and reports. Prepared contracts and agreements. Prepared and maintained summary reports for sales, production, and management meetings. Maintained and filed annual reports with various state secretaries. Trusted to record, view, and file sensitive and confidential corporate and employee information.
