- Work as a part of the QA team to perform full system testing of the Medicare Appeals System- Test lead for multiple initiatives, involving the development of test plan and test result documents that are presented to the client- Working on the technical design and implementation of refactoring existing system functionality, thus increasing our users’ work efficiency and creating code re-usability- Develop and execute performance and load test strategies to meet non-functional requirements- Work to identify manual test scripts for automation and build automated tests using SoapUI and LoadUI- Subject matter expert on user group’s correspondence processes through ongoing development of reports in Oracle BI Publisher- Use of technical background to quickly identify defects and assist developers in defect root-cause analysis- Solid expertise in web service testing- Use of SQL for back-end data verification- Work as a part of a Scrum team in an Agile development environment
