In my current role as a Sales Representative at Freespirit Recreation, I help our customers utilize our products to fuel their adventurous spirit. We provide premium products that are FSR exclusive, and long lasting for every outdoor enthusiast. Sharing the communal admiration for the great outdoors drives me to bring the best possible experience to all of our customers.I am passionate about building long-lasting relationships as well, and delivering exceptional customer service.I have a certification in UX design from Coursera, where I learned how to apply empathy mapping, wireframing, low-fidelity prototyping, and user research to create user-centric products and experiences. I use Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Procreate as my main tools for designing and testing. I also have some associate degree experience in biology from Red Rocks Community College, which gives me a solid foundation in scientific thinking and problem-solving.
