As a paraeducator my responsibilities included working with students with a wide array of disabilities, preparing classroom instruction material, and coordinating with members of the teaching staff. I focused on creating a safe and inclusive environment that encouraged participation, and documented observations.

As a childcare assistant some of my responsibilities included supervising groups of 6-10 children and communicating in various ways with parents. I created, led, and supervised group activities that engaged children and helped develop new skills, as well as frequently reported my observations to my supervisor

While holding the position of vice president of external affairs, my tasks included positively promoting the image of Kappa Alpha Theta using multiple vehicles to all audiences. This required me to work as the bridge between the chapter and the community organizing events, fundraisers, and alumni relations.

As the recruitment data analyst for my chapter, I utilized multiple programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Zoom to collaborate and organize events with attendance of more than 400 people.
