I have been working in administration for several years gaining valuable experience within the cleaning and security industry. I currently work from home as a regional administrator for OCS in the Government sector taking notes, ordering uniform & IT Equipment and other administrative tasks when required to support the sector. I started working in a shopping centre for OCS as a cleaner and gained some experience in the office with the site lead cleaning and security manager as the site Administrator till 2023 and moved on to my current role. I have received a distinction in all 3 areas of my Business administration Level 3 and have enjoyed doing the course. I have also done a customer service level 2 and passed with a distinction in all 3 areas. During my time in the shopping centre I have Been awarded a ACE Award, many employee of the month awards and employee of the year. I also won apprentice of the month last year. I do mostly financial services within the company including quotes, PO’s and invoices including other administrative tasks. I have rolled out customer service training to the team and became a train a trainer. I’m a team player with a “Can do” attitude and work well alone and in a team. I have a strong personality and I’m always willing to learn new things and excellent attention to detail. I have strong organisational skills and work well with Microsoft and other facilities management software which includes PPMS, SLA’s.
