My most recent roles included Volunteer Coordinator at the Bellingham Exit Festival and Art Assistant at Nancy Mintz, where I demonstrated core competencies in project coordination, interpersonal communication, and fine art techniques. At the Bellingham Exit Festival, our team pioneered an organizational structure that optimized volunteer performance and expanded the event's reach through community outreach strategies.
