- Brand building and brand image maintenance/improvements.- Building and maintaining client relationships.- Attending workshops and key round table industry related meetings - Representing Samansco in panel discussions, presenting power point presentations at various workshops, attending annual industry related exhibitions in Zimbabwe and outside the country.-Acquiring new business as well as maintaining old business i.e retail, distribution and project based sales. - Working sales and marketing strategies to boost overall performance.- Team leader on project implementation i.e client liaison, dispatch of installation teams, invoicing etc- Developing quotes and tender proposals.- Supervision of the business development team and part of the technical team, training and assisting - them to develop their skills. - Assisting with digital marketing efforts inclusive of the Samansco website rebrand.
