The Brigade Human Resources Technician officer for all Human Resources Support. Provides technical direction to subordinate unit S-1 sections. Coordinate legal support for certain personnel activities. Coordinate and manage personnel readiness, strength accountability, awards and decorations, officer evaluations, officer personnel promotions, branch transfers and separation program of the Brigade and all subordinate units. Coordinates, manages and prepares officer records for the 110th MEB Career Management Board, Selective Retention Boards, DA Boards, and Active Service Member Board. Manages and oversees the full-time manning for the Brigade. Provide effective leadership and direction, ensuring all personnel actions and records are ready for deployment.

Performs duties of and supervises the functions of subordinates; prepares recommendations for personnel actions to higher HQ; reviews and prepares reports and data on strength (gains and losses) of personnel and makes duty assignments of enlisted and officer personnel; reviews cyclic and other reports to assess systems performance; maintains liaison with servicing data processing facility and field managers of interfaced systems; manages and maintains the office in the absence of the SR HR NCO; receives, reviews, vets, recommends and forwards packets for brigade commander action; serves as the strength manager for the brigade; responsible for the fill and management of over 1500 NCOpositions.
