I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, executive functioning issues, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, sleep issues, parenting struggles, and coping with trauma. I aim to meet the unique needs of my clients drawing on different treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am particularly interested in helping adolescents cope with the challenges and transitions inherent to this stage of life.

• Provided individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults dealing with ADHD related challenges, mood and anxiety symptomatology, low self-worth and other emotional and behavioural concerns• Worked with children using an informal play therapy approach and provided parent support • Conducted ADHD/Mental Health Assessments with individuals of all ages and wrote reports in collaboration with a psychological and medical team • Collaborated and consulted with clients’ teachers, parents and other professionals to best support clients’ needs

• Conducted initial assessments and treatment planning with domestic violence survivors • Provided individual and group counselling services • Conducted play therapy sessions with children who have witnessed or experienced violence • Provided case management by acting as a liaison between clients and outside agencies • Collaborated with other counsellors and staff to best meet the needs of clients
