I manage and expedit production by maximising efficiencies while ensuring that quality standards are maintained. I provide direction, training and support to manufacturing team members to ensure individual development and improve workforce flexibility. I ensure that employees are aware of and comply with all company policies and procedures and participate in cross-functional and cross-divisional process improvement initiatives.

I Assembled, measured and inspected balloon catheters on the production line in a Controlled Manufacturing Environment and completed Lot History Records in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures. I also operated a distal workstation, which involved changing fusing dies, adjusting operating temperatures, aligning tool placement using micrometer etc.

I Supported the General Manager in the administration of the company through the co-ordination of all the required resources. In addition I Programmed film schedules & ensured all advertising media conformed to these schedules on a weekly basis. I Liaised with IT support and Digital Cinema Technicians to ensure the efficient operation of the companies’ film schedule. I Performed interviews of prospective employees together with subsequent appointments and training and co-ordinated both the weekly roster and the cost calculation of wages. I was responsible for ordering all stock, conducting stock audits, monitoring and improving stock rotation procedures.
