Throughout my time at Trinity Health, I help many job titles. I have extensive background as a payer specialist for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, and Priority Health of Michigan. I have worked very closely with providers and other office staff. I have taken patient and insurance specialist phone calls to answer billing questions and have worked in denials and appeals. My last 2 years at Trinity Health were focused on HCC coding with my primary focus being on Geriatric, Wound, and in a family practice teaching facility. I have worked with many offices with numerous providers in each location at one time. I love the fast paced setting that is healthcare and love the problem solving type coding scenarios.
