I am a Certified Organizational Relationship Systems team coach, with a focus on coaching individuals and leadership teams to improve and maximize overall organizational performance.I trained as a Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute, the largest and oldest training school in the world and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.As an experienced HR professional prior to becoming a coach, I held both operational and strategic roles and have been responsible for delivering culture transformation and change management initiatives in mid to large organizations.With 15 years experience in the aviation sector with a variety of leadership and personal development roles, I harness that experience with my current passion for building relationships, increasing positivity and developing communication skills in service of creating and navigating change in the workplace.My key strengths lie in the development of leadership cultures, styles and synergies.I have coached a variety of clients, including small business owners, Senior Managers and Executives with a strong presence in Government organisations, including Dubai Airports,DP World, Dubai Customs and Dubai Aluminium.I have the stamina combined with a flexible and professional outlook that is respected and requested for repeat business.I have a strong belief that life is meant to be fun and enjoy a balanced approach with work, my 3 busy children, husband and the adventure of life in the UAE.
