Interim Head of Volunteering for 6 months, 3 days per week while the Senior Head was seconded internally. Head up a team of 8 with direct line management of 4 Project Managers; leading on operations, strategy, M&E and content of 5 educational volunteer projects in 3 countries in South and East Africa. Overseeing the development of effective partnerships with senior government leaders, NGOs and 17 schools- Responsible for leading the team to develop and implement new processes and strategy to improve delivery.
