-Oversee direct reports within the process engineering group of various levels of experience-Manage timesheets, PTO approvals, objective settings, mid and year end reviews, monthly check-ins, utilization and billability-Coordination with other process supervisor and other department managers on project needs and engineering initiatives -Conduct and organize interviews for department openings-Manhour estimates, deliverable lists and earned value support -Continuation of process engineering activities on client projects involving leading various types of project teams

Overall lead and area lead for various pharmaceutical and biotech projects including biologics, microbiome therapeutics, mammalian cell culture, blood fractionation and bulk vaccine for both greenfield and retrofit facilities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Development, review and maintenance of P&IDs, PFDs, material balances, equipment specifications and datasheets, calculations, process lists, reports, shop drawing reviews and turnover documents -Process hydraulic modelling with simulation programs -Piping 3D model reviews including independent use of Navisworks for P&ID and equipment alignment-Extensive CIP and buffer investigation and design with various types of mix-proof valve arrays and transfer panel assemblies -Calculations and layout coordination -Experience with project phases from feasibility through construction assistance - Participation in PHA/Hazops and value engineering exercises -Technical report writing -Coordination with international clients, including international travel -Meeting organization, schedule development, document deliverable execution-Establish and lead meetings-Vendor coordination

- Technical Writing of Process Batch Records- Update P&IDs with equipment walkdowns- Develop work instructions, SOPs, and spreadsheets- Compile and analyze data - Attend daily plant utilization meetings with the plant leadership team

-Worked in the quality control laboratory performing various daily tests on cement. -Worked with process engineers on projects to increase production rates and brainstorm on adjustments that can be made to equipment to maximize efficiency. -Developed SOPs from user manuals on four brand new pieces of laboratory equipment then trained the other lab technicians on the equipment. -Worked extensively with Microsoft excel. -Attended daily plant meetings with the plant leadership team and became part of the collaborative team discussions.
