The role involves onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining records, and serving as a resource for HR queries. Additionally, I provide cross-departmental support, improve policies, and facilitate projects.

Ensured the smooth execution of all pre-game, halftime, and post-game activities, coordinating the event's logistical and entertainment aspects. I worked closely with announcers, performers, camera crews, and officials to synchronize timing, cues, and transitions. Responsibilities include overseeing player entrances, national anthems, on-field entertainment, and ensuring the match timeline adheres to broadcast schedules. They communicate with various teams via headset, swiftly addressing unexpected issues like delays or equipment malfunctions.

I volunteer for the City of San Diego's Therapeutic Recreation Services. Through their volunteer program, I am able to assist with various activities and am able to provide my support to many individuals in the program.

I coached 14U club volleyball for Central Oregon Volleyball Club. During this experience I was able to provide guidance and transfer my knowledge of volleyball to young athletes.
