- Planning and delivering lessons in Science (Yr7-9) and Chemistry (Yr10-13).- Development of resources for KS3, KS4 and KS5 courses- Maintain records of data to track students and report as required- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents- Form tutor to develop general progress and well being of students- Ensure safeguarding and welfare of students- Ensure ICT, Literacy and Numeracy are imbedded across the curriculum- Prepare students for examinations including coursework requirements

- Coordination and development of KS3 Curriculum- Developing and organising KS3 Assessment schemes- Rewriting KS3 Curriculum- Contribute to Personal Development Review and act as a reviewer as part of the schools QA procedures.- Promote teamwork and motivate staff- Assist in the implementation of the Behaviour Management systems

- Main point of contact with EDEXCEL for quality assurance- Ensure all programmes are approved and registrations are accurate and up to date- Working with multiple HoD to ensure accredited Lead Internal Verifiers are in place- Lead Internal Verifier for Science.- Ensure assessment and internal verification is effective, standards verification is completed successfully and all approval conditions and policy requirements are being implemented consistently and effectively across multiple departments.- Organise and coordinate external centre quality review meetings
