Some of my responsibilities include: Internal Communications Management - weekly internal newsletter - center-wide email reminders and notifications when requestedEmployee Web Management - Update, add and remove content as necessary - Maintain staff training documentsInternal/External Publications and Graphic Design - Update content and design of our ESC Directory, Programs & Services book and Annual Report - Collect, process and complete Project Requests for graphic elements (save the dates, programs, brochures, social media content and graphics, etc.) - Process and complete external jobs for school districts - Provide support to staff on publication templatesSocial Media Management - Oversee main ESC accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) - Daily social media postings (at least 2x a day via FB and Twitter) - Promote sessions, conferences and events - Share important news from the ESC or our districts - Engage and connect with our target audiences through sharing, commenting, messaging, etc.ESC Region 12 is a nonprofit service organization devoted to supporting educators and school personnel in their efforts to increase student achievement. Everything we do focuses on helping schools save money and leverage resources by serving and supporting 76 school districts and 10 charter schools across 12 counties.
