Responsible for managing the editorial offer for our Catch Up/AVOD OTT services and apps (Boing App, Cartoonito App)Key responsibilities:Build the Annual Non Linear Editorial content plan and quarterly/montly editorial calendar in accordance with key goals and KPIs for Boing and Cartoonito apps.Use of CMS to supervise and manage materials and creative assets.Scouting for new contents and original productions to fit our editorial strategy.Develop and supervise new original content that represents Boing and Cartoonito brand and tone-of-voice, working with video production and external agencies.Work with Operations to coordinate the content picklists and materials deliveries in order to meet online launches.Work closely with L&M/Sales Depts to develop content strategies that support marketing activities and business goals.Be the interface with external stakeholders (Clients, distributors, networks) in developing new projects and ideas.Produce data and reports to keep the Top Management updated on editorial activities.

Manage 12 months editorial calendar for Kids TV channels Super! (DTT free), DeAKids and DeAJunior (Sky) and Factual TV channel DeASapere (Sky)Knowledge of audience analysis and competitive scenario Create and oversee all schedules. Coordinate Scheduling DepartmentCreate and develop all programming stunts and eventsWork closely with Acquisition department to screen and select new contents and renewalsCoordinate all internal communications, through daily contact with internal depts (Research, On Air, Marketing, Press, Production, Digital, Acquisition)
