For the majority of my working life, I have helped to shape roles during times of transformation and change. I am passionate about others achieving their full potential and am motivated by leading or being part of cultural and social change which improves people’s lives. As a confident and skilled communicator, I am adept at taking ideas and concepts and communicating them to a varied audience. I bring a strategic, astute and candid insight into the organisations I work for. I have over 10 years’ experience in the Criminal Justice Sector in business development, communications, management and senior leadership. Prior to working in the Criminal Justice sector, I held formative positions in the leadership development, technology and retail sectors (roles included: business development, sales and marketing). In my previous role as Head of Communications at Langley House Trust, I was responsible for marketing, website development, social media, strategic stakeholder events, supporter engagement materials and internal communications. Since 2019, I have been the Chief Operating Officer of Clean Sheet. We deliver social change, help to create a safer society and transform lives by supporting people with convictions into employment. I was delighted that Clean Sheet was awarded with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2021. In my spare time, I am a trustee (Chair) for two Christian charities, one of which provides practical support to alleviate poverty in squatter communities in the Philippines.
