Previously, my aim had been to give leadership teams greater resilience, productivity and creativity so they could collectively lift their performance and simultaneously reduce their stress and anxiety.However from lived experience I could see the unspoken roles and needs of women in executive and senior leadership positions were not getting the attention that 'gender neutral' interventions were offering. The pandemic amplified the effects of the inequity of women's double shift (the home-work juggle, that is generally not shared so significantly by men) and the reasons for women's premature burnout came sharply into view.
