I spearheaded the development of performance goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with customer demand while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Through strategic process improvement initiatives in the Box on Demand area of the Fulfillment Center, I achieved a remarkable 62% reduction in defects per million opportunities (DPMO) within a single week, accompanied by productivity rates surpassing 100%. Leveraging a diverse array of tools and platforms, I conducted comprehensive data analysis on efficiency and productivity metrics, optimizing volume capacity in product deliveries and fostering a consistently positive customer experience.

As a community relations intern at Hendricks Regional Health I was able to build on my communicative and collaborative skills. This intern role allowed me the opportunity to work directly with the Hendricks Regional Health Foundation. Part of my role in working with the Foundation involved reaching out to potential sponsors and finding donations to help raise money for health-related needs in the community. In addition to finding sponsors, I worked with the administration of HRH and key stakeholders in planning and organizing two of the Foundation's summer fundraiser events. Since both events took place during the summer of the pandemic it was crucial to keep everyone safe while also maintaining a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for all. Both events broke record numbers in the amount raised for the Foundation!

Developed an opioid awareness campaign, engaging 167,000 individuals in Hendricks County, strategically aimed at mitigating opioid dependence and promoting alternative pain management solutions. Leveraging advanced tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop, I crafted compelling marketing collateral including a community newsletter, a safe disposal webpage, and informative patient handouts. Effectively communicating the campaign's vision to the CEO and key stakeholders culminated in its successful implementation, yielding tangible results. Concurrently, as Project Manager for the Blue Zone Curriculum, I curated and implemented an enriching educational program for over 2,500 K-5 students, ensuring seamless coordination and providing insightful progress reports to optimize team performance.
