About Samantha Williams

To me, “talent acquisition” and “human resources” are more than just buzzwords or titles. Being a talent acquisition and HR professional means providing opportunities that can impact lives, businesses, and entire communities. That is why I am so passionate about connecting talent with meaningful careers around the globe. I’ve spent much of my career creating, managing, and promoting workforce development initiatives that not only help companies meet demand, but that provide opportunity to deserving individuals and communities alike. In particular, I have a strong background in developing military hiring programs that target service members, veterans, and military spouses. Having worked in state and federal government as well as the non-profit and corporate worlds, I understand the importance of bridging the gap between these sectors and our military. I also have experience in international economic development, recruiting America’s most skilled business and agricultural professionals and connecting them with small businesses and universities in developing nations. These connections allowed rural agriculture businesses in West Africa and East Asia to thrive by providing resources and training from top talent here at home.If like me, you're committed to service and success, let's connect!
