Hey! I'm Sam (but you can call me Sammy). I'm a Brisbane-based graphic designer and illustrator with a passion for film & textiles. I’ve got 7+ years of experience as a freelancer specialising in branding, print design and digital illustration, and I also work as a graphic artist for film & TV (Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire; Apples Never Fall;Ticket To Paradise ). Aesthetically, I'm a chameleon. Working in film means producing print-ready graphics in a range of design styles - everything from recreating vintage military documents and 90s textbooks to designing futuristic spaceship manuals and custom bedspreads. When designing for real life, I love to make use of playful colours, texture and a sense of movement. My design philosophy is that form and function go hand in hand, which is why I take a strategy-based approach to coming up with creative solutions for my clients.
