•Monitor e-mail, promptly respond to routine matters and ensure that urgent matters are handled appropriately.•Organize and maintain filing, photocopying and faxing of all documents.•Create new systems with Excel on the front and back end to help the office run more efficiently.•Ensure that an open line of communication is maintained among all staff•Plan and organize Senior Doctor as well as all doctor’s calendars •Coordinate international and domestic travel and complete complex travel itineraries for each doctor and staff•Execute expense reports for each doctor•Handle personal duties for the senior doctor such as banking, personal travel arrangements, and personal appointments•Contact different Events around the Tri-State area to set up Talks, and Trade Shows•Making all necessary arrangements for meetings, including sending invitations, booking banquet rooms, and arranging catering.•Create month to month spreadsheets for events•Responsible for the hiring of staff for such events•Ensure that all children are occupied and comfortable in the office especially those with special needs
