As Business Improvement Manager, my role is to work closely with the senior management and department managers to improve efficiencies and to manage projects for various departments as required. I deliver training sessions covering anything from job specific processes to advanced Excel skills. In addition, I also manage all aspects of the company’s asset and customer related data using a CRM Service database. I have custom built a suite of reports utilising Microsoft Power BI, Report Builder, Sage Report Builder, SQL and Excel (including VBA and SQL features). These reports are utilised by senior management to assess the performance of the business and identify areas of vulnerability, and monitor customer trends and our performance in managing their contracts. Recent notable projects I have managed are a companywide ERP System implementation, managed a integration project between our ERP and an aftermarket GPS asset tracking and management system, and most recently instigated a new project to deliver a centralised data source which will integrate all external and internal data sources into one central database so that we can provide more comprehensive and automated reporting for internal stakeholders and external partners and customers.
