With guidance from group Logistics Manager, assisted in full company review of all transport functions resulting in 30k annual savings. Managed changeover to new suppliers and administered new systems, staff training and procedures. Reviewing annually while constantly ensuring rates are competitive. Continue to maintain relationships with all suppliers in a professional manner. Assisting group Logistics Manager with New Zealand customer base.

Administration of ERP system I2 TUN and overall company server. Assisting staff with desktop issues, printer issues engaging outside IT contacts as required. Assisted with implementation of new ERP system.

Throughout my 10 years with Levana and TMC I have assisted the overall management team with requirements such as: document formatting, travel arrangements both domestic and international including visa applications, scheduling meetings internal and external, catering meetings and conferences, designing presentations for conferences and meetings, ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Processing all incoming invoicing in ERP system. Also assisted with monthly financial reporting (balance sheet, P&L reports, board reporting, foreign exchange reporting). Other Responsibilities: Maintenance of company stationary. Health & Safety Committee Secretary and department representative. First aider. Maintenance of first aid equipment for all departments; monitoring licensing requirements for forklifts, first aid etc.
