Project Echo allowed interns to partner with major consumer brands in Pace’s portfolio; while pitching engaging strategies surrounding the GenZ and Millennial market. Participated in researching, planning, strategic development, and pilot creative and execution for the client’s needs. Shadowed staff members in departments such as: strategy, media, and analytics, creative, client solutions and project management. Additionally, worked one-on-one with senior strategists through client presentations and potential projects.
