- Reported to the Head of Sales Transformation- I was responsible for the discovery and application of data-led insights to inform and support strategic initiatives supporting the Distribution, Credit, Sales and New Business arms of the organisation.- My experience in data management, reporting and visualisation platforms paired with my passion for customer led to my ownership of the Voice of Customer program. Designed to reduce churn and improve sales performance through insight-led strategies aligned with customer satisfaction, I expanded the program from capturing the organisation's overall NPS score to generating CX scores and actionable insights for 7 core areas of the business with improved customer concern feedback protocols.

DT transitioned to AKQA in June 2017.- Reported to the Insights & Personalisation Lead- I was responsible for the development of bespoke business-driving strategies that better utilised my clients' digital ecosystem and platform functionalities.- Derived from relevant audience insights, my work resulted in automated revenue-driving CX programs that concurrently improved operational, systemic and asset management efficiencies.

- Reported to the Insights & Personalisation Lead- I was responsible for the development of the agency's optimisation service offering, as well as bespoke data and CRM strategies for clients such as Tourism Australia and Aussie Home Loans.- My work resulted in sophisticated, tailored optimisation frameworks for web, B2C communications (marketing and service-related) and CX programs, as well as the development of bespoke CRM implementation and audience data management strategies.

- Reported to the National Head of Paid Media- I was responsible for the development and commercialisation of the agency's core data products whilst serving as the strategic data and unpaid media lead on the Subaru Australia account.- Whilst successfully rolling out the four core Data Team products and managing the team's development and growth, I drove the successful pitch and implementation for the premiere account's audience segmentation framework that was applied to all 1st party data, as well as defined the client's ongoing paid media, comms and content strategy for both above and below the line media.

- Reported to the Digital Performance Director- I was responsible for the development and commercialisation of the agency's CRO offering whilst managing the web analytics, web page optimisation program and paid media reporting for the agency's premiere account (Hollard Group).- My expertise in CRO platforms and methodology led me to be one of the agency's global experts on the offering, leading me to provide consult to colleagues across various markets, as well as be involved in global pitches and negotiations.

- Reported to the Digital Manager - Analytics and Research- I was responsible for the market reach determination, data captivation, research implementation, campaign optimisation and reporting on 100+ initiatives for the agency's premiere account (P&G North America)- My customer-centric insights lead to my involvement in the creative briefings for landing page designs with the client's creative agency, market-leading bespoke survey creation for brand managers, as well as custom audience research development all within under a year of my first role within digital.

- Reported to the Local Activation Director, VP- I was responsible for the accurate programming and execution of local TV and radio ad space across 30+ markets for over 20 brands.
