I am leading the Client Services team at WeNeedaVacation, the leading online marketing platform that connects vacation rental owners and travelers on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. I oversee business development, project management, customer experience, communications, and day-to-day client operations, while helping guide the company strategy to meet the needs of the evolving vacation rental business.As an industry expert and spokesperson, I advise the Support team on best practices and strategies for owners, property managers, and real estate agents on marketing, pricing, and managing their vacation rental properties. I also collaborate with the technical team to assist with website escalations, and with the marketing and upper management teams to meet company objectives. I am passionate about creating value for our clients and empowering them to succeed in the competitive and dynamic vacation rental market.In addition to my role as Director of Client Services, I am also a licensed real estate broker with over 18 years of experience in real estate transactions and compliance. I have earned several credentials from the National Association of REALTORS®, including MRP, e-PRO, RSPS, and ABR, that demonstrate my commitment to professionalism, ethics, and excellence in serving diverse and specialized clientele. I have worked with Compass and NextHome Freitas Realty Group as a broker sales associate and transactions manager, where I developed and implemented contract to close programs, managed multiple listings and closings, and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations.
